What luck that I can do most of the graphic work myself!!! How many hours I have already spent and am still spending on the design of the website... an 8 to 10-page brochure is in the works and a small flyer is also to be created. Then there's the lettering for the bus... here, too, I've already spent hours in Photoshop moving the font, logo and QR code back and forth.
Arben Mahmutaj is now my web designer, has already been able to advise me on a few things for the better and is in the final spurt towards the launch!!! https://www.artlemon.de/
Then there was the odyssey to get the matching yellow and red lamp caps... of course vintage on Ebay in the USA... not exactly cheap... especially including postage and tax then twice as expensive... Background to this: officially you are not allowed to use these lights, so the TÜV sticks or sprays over (!!!) the TRADE MARK of the bus!!!! Of course, that's not allowed - it looks really stupid straight away. As I have to go to the MOT every year, the idea was to have a second set. Luckily I know (Ami) Heiner ... he was able to persuade his sister in the USA to buy the parts for me and ... well, let's see what happens next.
Apart from that, there are still many things on my list that need to be researched, selected... ordered. From the safe to cupboard handles, washing fibre sheets (I'm currently testing different ones...), seat cushions... chair (in front of the bus)... inflatable? foldable? Where to stow it?...

For the sake of completeness, here's a photo of the 5 metre awning that was installed back in April...

Last but not least a photo of the bus as it stands there all the time...!!!! I hope I can make the next blog entry soon!
